Ascend Advisors provides consulting and fractional executive services in transportation and logistics. Services include:
Fractional COO engagement
Project-based operational consulting
M&A advisory and integration support
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information about your business and operations
Cooperate in scheduling, communication, and data access necessary for service delivery
Payment Terms
Fees are agreed upon in advance via contracts or proposals. Payment terms are defined in each engagement agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Ascend Advisors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. While we strive to improve profitability and operational efficiency, results cannot be guaranteed.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
